The spectacular exhibit takes you through the national and local events leading up to the massacre in Amritsar. The informative panels explain the political turmoil that followed the implementation of the Rowlatt Act, the subsequent widespread protest and the arrests of popular leaders and how the tragedy shaped the course of Indian nationalism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery aligncenter columns-3 is-cropped\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1152\" height=\"864\" src=\"http:\/\/the-edict.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-04-23-at-11.42.36-PM.jpeg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"2244\" data-link=\"http:\/\/the-edict.in\/?attachment_id=2244\" class=\"wp-image-2244\"\/><\/figure><\/li><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1152\" height=\"864\" src=\"http:\/\/the-edict.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-04-23-at-11.42.35-PM-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"2245\" data-link=\"http:\/\/the-edict.in\/?attachment_id=2245\" class=\"wp-image-2245\"\/><\/figure><\/li><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1152\" height=\"864\" src=\"http:\/\/the-edict.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-04-23-at-11.42.35-PM.jpeg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"2246\" data-link=\"http:\/\/the-edict.in\/?attachment_id=2246\" class=\"wp-image-2246\"\/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The installations are extremely thoughtful and detail oriented. What sets it apart from other museum exhibits are the ways in which it has been made interactive and evocative.
